Dr. Starkey is a 1998 graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia College of Veterinary Medicine. She grew up in House Springs, Mo, and upon returning from veterinary school, she settled in Robertsville, Mo. In 2000, she opened Starkey Veterinary Clinic, PC.
